I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults, and I provide consultation to parents.
I believe deeply and wholeheartedly in healing. I believe that no issue or trauma is insurmountable, with enough light, love and kindness towards ourselves.
I meet people where they are and help them find the path to get to where they want to be-whole, complete and satisfied with their lives. When meeting with parents, I find solutions that work for each particular child and family, thinking outside the box and using a neurodiversity affirming lens.

I also provide strategies for managing attentional and organizational deficits as well as issues related to being autistic. I am well versed in neurodivergence and come from a neurodiversity affirming perspective. I am also LGBTQIA+ friendly and work with many gender non-conforming and trans individuals.

I work collaboratively with individuals to find the therapeutic modalities that work best for them. My intention is also to create a safe space filled with compassion and non-judgment. For it is only in such a space that growth, healing and transformation can occur.
My current focus is working with individuals with trauma, and working with autistic teens and adults. I also work with parents of autistic, autistic PDA and PANS/PANDAS children and adolescents.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Whether it is acute or complex trauma, I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.
Many parents are struggling to understand how to best parent the child in front of them. Many have tried behavioral strategies including rewards and consequences, with limited success. They are often pulling their hair out, looking for answers beyond the standard behavioral approaches that have largely been unsuccessful. Their child continues to be dysregulated and resistant to demands, and school refusal may have set in. These are the children that need different strategies and a new approach. Or possibly the same approach with a bit of tweaking. I am here to support you as a parent as we come to know what will work best for your child. It is a collaborative effort, with my expertise and experience, and your knowledge of and love for your child.
